1. Introduction

Welcome to Fittela ("we," "our," or "us"), a service provided by Nomadan Apps. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application (the "App") available on the Apple App Store, and our website, collectively referred to as the "Service."

Fittela is an AI virtual try-on app: you provide a photo of yourself and an image of a garment, and the App generates a new image of you wearing that garment. To create your try-on, your photos are sent to our server and on to our AI image provider (Google). We are committed to handling that data openly and to keeping no more of it than we need -- your photos are used only to create your try-on and aren't stored on our servers, and no account is required. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not access the Service.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Anonymous Device Identifier

The App does not require account registration, email addresses, or passwords. When you first use the App, a unique anonymous device identifier is generated on your device. This identifier is used to associate your activity with app features and subscription management. It cannot be used to identify you personally.

2.2 Try-On Photos

When you create a virtual try-on, the images you provide -- a photo of yourself and any garment image you choose -- are transmitted to our server, which forwards them to our AI image provider (Google) to generate your try-on image. Our server acts as a passthrough: it relays your images and the generated result, and does not store your photos on disk. We retain only non-image metadata about the request (such as the generation mode). The generated try-on image is returned to your device, where it is saved for you to view; we do not keep a copy on our servers.

2.3 AI Image Generation (Google Gemini API)

Try-on images are generated using Google's Gemini API. The photo of you and the garment image are sent to Google's API for processing and are subject to the Gemini API Additional Terms of Service and Google's Privacy Policy. We use the paid tier of the Gemini API. Under Google's terms for paid services, Google does not use your prompts or files (including images) or the generated responses to improve its products. Google logs prompts and responses for a limited period of time solely to detect and prevent abuse, maintain the safety and security of the service, and meet legal or regulatory requirements. 2.4 Local Data

Your try-on history and the images you create are stored exclusively on your device and are not transmitted to our servers for storage.

2.5 Analytics and Crash Reporting

We use Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics (provided by Google) to understand how the App is used and to diagnose crashes. This data is collected in aggregate and does not personally identify you.

2.6 Payment Information

Subscriptions are processed exclusively through Apple's App Store and managed by RevenueCat. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment card details, billing address, or financial information. For more information, see RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To generate AI-powered virtual try-on images
• To manage your subscription status via RevenueCat
• To track free try-on usage (1 free try-on per device)
• To improve the App through aggregated analytics
• To identify and fix crashes and performance issues
• To protect the safety and security of the App
• To comply with legal obligations

We do NOT use your data for advertising, behavioral profiling, or selling to third parties.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only with the following service providers:

• Apple App Store -- Payment processing and subscription billing
• RevenueCat -- Subscription management
• Google (Gemini API) -- AI virtual try-on image generation (images sent to generate your try-on; not stored on our servers)
• Firebase (Google) -- Aggregated analytics and crash reporting

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Local data (try-on history, images) remains on your device until you delete the App. Your photos are not stored on our servers. Server-side data is limited to your anonymous device ID and non-image request metadata (such as the generation mode), which is retained as long as your device identifier remains active. Images sent to Google for generation are handled by Google as described in Section 2.3.

You may request deletion of all server-side data by contacting us at nomadanapps@gmail.com. We process all deletion requests within 30 days.

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), secure server infrastructure, and privacy-by-design architecture.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has accessed the App, please contact us at nomadanapps@gmail.com.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent regarding your personal data.
