How does AI virtual try-on work?
Fittela sends your photo and the garment image to a powerful AI image model (Google's Gemini), which generates a new image of you wearing that garment with realistic drape, lighting, and proportions. You get a true-to-life preview of the look on your own body in seconds.
Is Fittela free?
Yes, Fittela includes a free try-on so you can experience it before deciding. Fittela Pro unlocks up to 25 try-ons per week at $12.99 per week or $59.99 per year.
Do I need an account to use Fittela?
No. Fittela uses anonymous device-based authentication — there is no email, password, or social login. Your usage is tied to your device only.
Are my photos stored on your servers?
Your photos are used only to create your try-on and aren't stored on our servers. To generate the image, your photos are sent to our server and forwarded to Google's Gemini API; our server is a passthrough and does not store them. On the paid Gemini API, Google does not use your images to improve its products and logs requests only briefly for abuse prevention. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
